Accenture Portugal is seeking a Manager in its Management Consulting Talent practice to lead complex HR and workforce transformation programs, helping clients reinvent their talent ecosystems and learning strategies.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, design innovative talent solutions, drive change management, and guide the end-to-end delivery of people-focused transformations, including AI in HR initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting and/or transformation projects focused on HR, Talent, Workforce Transformation, or Organizational Change.
• Proven experience leading Change Management and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of emerging trends, including AI in HR and digital workforce solutions.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and leading project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR Transformation and Workforce Transformation initiatives across a range of industries and business functions.
• Design and deliver talent strategies that align workforce capabilities with business objectives.
• Support clients in leveraging AI in HR to enhance employee experiences, talent processes, and workforce decision-making.
• Analyze current HR and talent processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business objectives into actionable people, talent, and workforce solutions.
• Lead project teams and manage client relationships throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development, client discussions, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and technology-enabled transformation outcomes.
