Aptia Group Portugal SA is seeking a Data Coordinator to join the Projects team in Lisbon. The role blends office-based work with remote flexibility after an initial hybrid start, focusing on GMP Rectification, Equalisation, and Implementation projects.

You will partner with experts across the business to ensure high-quality delivery and exceptional client outcomes. The position emphasizes meticulous data management, strong Excel usage, and proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
• Confident communicators with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong in Excel and general systems/tools (Word, project tracking).
• Experienced in planning, prioritisation, and working under pressure.
• Analytical, with solid problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activity across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Support planning, including kick-off meetings, scheduling, and handovers.
• Track progress and flag risks, dependencies, and potential delays early.
• Ensure accurate budget tracking and time recording.
• Work closely with data, systems, and project teams to support delivery.
