Jobtailor is seeking an experienced leader in People Operations to drive the end-to-end transition of payroll operations to ADP across 4–6 countries, owning the project from design through post-launch support.

The role ensures Workday remains the absolute single source of truth, moves away from manual local processes, and designs a scalable payroll playbook for 16 countries, while finalising SOPs and validating data for migration.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in People Operations or Payroll Operations with system rollouts.
• Experience running multiple timelines and keeping projects on track.
• Deep understanding of HR-to-Pay workflows across multiple geographies and payrolls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end transition of People Operations to ADP for 4–6 countries.
• Ensure Workday remains the single source of truth.
• Design a standardized payroll playbook across 16 countries.
• Finalise post-implementation SOPs.
• Oversee data formatting and validation before system migration.
• Collaborate with People, Benefits, Legal, and IT to clarify local legislation.
• Provide daily guidance to two Senior People Operations Specialists.
