Job summary

EY Portugal is seeking a Payroll Data, Reporting & Automation Analyst to join our Payroll Shared Service Center, supporting French payroll operations. You will partner with payroll, project and management teams across France, driving data analysis, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, finance, economics, engineering or related field.
At least 1 year of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, finance, HR, payroll or similar activities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Support French payroll teams with data extraction, validation, analysis and reporting.
Prepare control, reconciliation and analysis files to support payroll production.
Perform data quality and consistency checks and investigate anomalies.
Produce operational reports and dashboards for payroll teams and management.
Develop and maintain Excel-based tools and automation solutions, including VBA macros.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive activities and reduce manual workload.
Contribute to improvement and optimization of reporting and analytical tools.
