Laista Group is expanding its Portuguese operation and seeks a Payroll & A1 Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll, A1 certificates and posted-worker processes in Portugal. You will handle payroll data, communicate with authorities and internal teams, and ensure compliance with social security and tax obligations.

The role is hands-on, operational and requires collaboration with external partners and cross-border teams, including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Qualificações

• Hands-on Portuguese payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll inputs to final validation.
• Strong understanding of Segurança Social, IRS and labour-law obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Process end-to-end Portuguese payroll operations.
• Collect and validate payroll inputs: hours, overtime, absences, holidays, allowances, bonuses, changes.
• Prepare payslips, payroll reports and payment files.
• Ensure payroll obligations with Segurança Social, IRS and reporting.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on A1 certificates and posted-worker docs.
• Coordinate payroll information between Portugal and host-country partners.
