Datadog is seeking a seasoned Partner Solution Architect to enable partner technical resources, align with the Channel & Alliances segment, and drive outcomes across cloud migration, modernization, and DevOps initiatives. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner engagements and platform adoption.

Qualificações

10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role
Strong technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations
Confident presentation skills
Experience in two or more areas: Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI/CD
Bonus: experience with channel partners and cloud monitoring tools; root-cause analysis/troubleshooting

Responsabilidades

Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources
Lead joint business planning and reviews with Partner and company technical teams
Support Partner initiatives such as demos, value proofs, and lead practices workshops
Advocate for Partners' technical concerns with internal teams to drive resolution
Analyze Partner service offers and propose enhancements for adoption of company features
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and services to identify new features
Evolve lead/best practices for platform adoption and success
