Auto Europe Car Rental is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive engagement and revenue across a defined portfolio of Travel Agent and Affiliate partners. You will report to the Partner Services Director and lead digital enablement, platform adoption, and quarterly business planning with partners.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in partner success, strong strategic and negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset to maximize bookings and revenue across our global network.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in partner success, partner enablement, channel management, or account management across a B2B partner or account portfolio.
• Strategic thinking to develop and execute joint business plans that grow engagement and revenue.
• Strong business acumen to create growth strategies from data and partner insights.
• Self-starter who proposes ideas proactively.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms at partner level; understands objectives beforehand.
• Knowledge of API/white-label product solutions or technically integrated distribution is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate partner growth by increasing bookings, gross revenue, and ancillary adoption across the portfolio.
• Drive digital adoption of booking platforms, self-serve tools, and API/white-label integrations.
• Deepen engagement by tailoring approaches to partner models, size, and maturity to drive adoption of new products.
• Maintain a 360-degree view of portfolio health, margins, and cross-functional risks and actions.
• Build and drive joint business plans with partners through quarterly planning and monthly reviews.
