XTB Portugal, part of the XTB Group, is seeking a client-focused.Account Manager in Lisbon to contact new users and existing clients by phone and digital channels, explain products, and support activation.

You will build trust through clear communication, manage a portfolio, align with Sales, Research, Marketing and Support, and operate in a hybrid schedule with onboarding and training provided.

Competenze

• 1-2 years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles; fintech experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, persuasion and trust-building abilities.
• Customer- and results-oriented with proactive, flexible approach.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Lisbon-based or willing to work from Lisbon office.

Mansioni

• Contact new users and existing clients proactively, mainly by phone and through digital channels.
• Understand each client's needs and explain XTB's products, services and platform features clearly and transparently.
• Make follow-up calls, arrange meetings when needed and support clients throughout activation and onboarding.
• Provide practical training on financial markets and on how to use XTB's investment platforms and educational resources.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of clients, identify commercial opportunities and contribute to team objectives.
• Keep client information and commercial activity up to date in the CRM, ensuring rigorous follow-up.
• Work closely with Sales, Research, Marketing and Customer Support to improve the client experience.
• Carry out all activity in line with applicable regulations, internal procedures and XTB's quality standards.
