Part-Time Executive Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Faro, Portugal. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

• Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to ensure efficient use of resources
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and special event menus
• Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality

Requirements
