BaseDynamics in Porto, Portugal is seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to oversee our new projects. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to manage planning, coordination, procurement, site visits and client/stakeholder communications to ensure projects meet scope, budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, a track record of handling multiple projects, and strong knowledge of construction

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams toward meeting project goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsabilidades

As a Part-Time Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for additional work or with other commitments.
