Work corp in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, develop plans and schedules, obtain permits, and monitor progress and budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of construction management experience, a degree is preferred but not required, and strong knowledge of local codes.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations essential (Porto area).
