BaseDynamics in Porto, Portugal is seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to oversee our new projects. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to manage planning, coordination, procurement, site visits and client/stakeholder communications to ensure projects meet scope, budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, a track record of handling multiple projects, and strong knowledge of construction

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams toward meeting project goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate construction projects within budget and schedule constraints
• Manage project teams and ensure all members are working efficiently and effectively
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
• Identify potential issues or delays and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all construction sites
