Keenfinity is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Manager to define, implement and operate a lean cyber security capability across the business unit. You will serve as the security interface with the Central CISO Office, ensuring security and privacy compliance for applications, data and vendors.

The role covers cloud, APIs, ERP, MDM, engineering tooling, data platforms and external partnerships, balancing security with business enablement. Strong governance and risk-management skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• 7+ years of experience in cyber security, information security, IT risk, security architecture or security operations roles.
• Experience with modern cloud and SaaS environments and security governance across platforms.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR and regulatory security governance.
• Languages: English proficiency; Portuguese/German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement lean, risk-based cyber security strategy aligned with business priorities and Central CISO standards.
• Own local cyber security execution in the first line of defence and coordinate with governance forums.
• Lead IAM improvements including SSO, RBAC, least privilege and access reviews.
• Translate regulatory expectations into pragmatic controls and actions.
• Coordinate vulnerability management, incident response and security testing.
