Jobgether in Portugal is seeking an experienced legal professional to provide strategic and operational guidance in a fast-paced technology environment. This remote, part-time role covers IP, data protection, commercial agreements, employment matters, and regulatory compliance, with broad exposure to innovative digital products and international challenges.

You will act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders, shape legal processes, mitigate risks, and support growth initiatives,

Qualificações

• Degree in Law with specialization preferred in international, corporate, or commercial law.
• Significant senior-level experience in corporate legal counsel or in-house legal leadership.
• Ability to work independently and balance legal priorities with business needs.
• Strong expertise in IP, employment, contracts, and corporate matters.
• Solid understanding of data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR).
• Experience supporting technology platforms and AI-driven products.
• Fluent written and spoken English in international setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational legal guidance across IP, data protection, and commercial matters.
• Lead IP initiatives including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing compliance.
• Ensure platform compliance, app store requirements, and payment model considerations.
• Advise on data privacy, consent management, and evolving regulatory obligations.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
• Support employment agreements, contractor terms, and confidentiality provisions.
• Oversee open-source/licensing compliance and due diligence for transactions.
• Assist with fundraising activities and corporate transactions as needed.
