Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) seeks a Packaging Design Coordinator to support Marketing teams in managing end-to-end packaging visual communications for print and e‑commerce. You will drive the D2D workflow, coordinate Brand teams and agencies, and ensure Right First Time output.

You will work in a Hybrid model with two office days per week, leveraging your design, project management and communication skills to deliver high-quality packaging assets and maintain digital archives in the Nestlé

Qualifications

• 1+ years in managing the graphic chain of packaging design and/or artwork projects from development to files to printer.
• Experience managing end-to-end packaging projects through CGI development, including label information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications or related field preferred.
• Understanding of print production, color management and digital workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives end-to-end project management of D2D packaging projects for Marketing Leaders of Brand(s)/Zone/Market(s).
• Ensures fluid communication between Brand Teams, Agency Partners, and Design Services Teams to align deliverables and timings.
• Manages Label Info Specification and SAP Labelling Records for assigned Brands/Businesses.
• Maintains D2D and Label Info templates to ease project execution.
• Supports digital archiving of packaging assets in Nestlé Content Hub (DAM).
• Participates in D2D Champions community and trainings to improve workflows.
