Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Project Management Coordinator in Portugal for hybrid work (2 days in office). You will manage day-to-day project delivery, govern projects, and coach team members to achieve business benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years experience in project management in a corporate environment.
• Experience in leading teams with budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Certification and ability to coach in project management practices (Waterfall, Agile).
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization with diverse cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a project management coordinator and manage day-to-day project delivery.
• Lead project governance and establish stakeholder partnerships.
• Coach and develop project team members and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery with budget accuracy and risk management.
• Close projects, capture lessons learned and report outcomes.
