Nestlé is seeking an experienced D2D E2E Coordinator to support packaging-related visual communications for Innovation, Renovation or Core projects. You will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely deliverables and Right First Time output across Brand teams and external partners.

The role requires strong communication, English proficiency, and hands-on experience with packaging design workflows, DAM systems, and SAP labeling records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years agency or in-house experience managing packaging design projects.
• Experience with CGI development and label information is a plus.
• Strong visual, written, and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications or related field.
• Understanding of print production and color management is a bonus.
• Experience working with digital workflows, DAM, and document management.
• Knowledge of digital packaging file formats for artwork master files.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are an asset.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a drive for quality and consistency.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end D2D project management for Marketing Leader’s brands.
• Coordinate communication between Brand Teams, Agencies, and IMS Design Services.
• Orchestrate collection of references and inputs via D2D Workflow for Right First Time output.
• Manage Label Info Specification and SAP Labelling Records for assigned brands.
• Maintain D2D and Label Info templates to ease project execution.
• Escalate briefs that contravene brand guidance to Brand Design Lead.
