Job summary

Revolut is seeking an Outsourcing Manager to join the Wealth & Trading team, focusing on third-party relationships, regulatory obligations, and operational resilience. You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and service delivery to ensure proper documentation and reporting for outsourcing activities.

This role involves vendor lifecycle management, risk assessments, and ensuring SLA delivery. You will work with stakeholders across group entities and help shape the future of outsourcing

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outsourcing or third-party risk management
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or economics
• Strong understanding of outsourcing and business resilience regulations in retail financial services
• Ability to develop service management frameworks and conduct risk assessments

Responsibilities

• Identify activities for outsourcing and select appropriate partners
• Manage vendor lifecycle: due diligence, onboarding, renewals, off-boarding, exit plans
• Oversee third-party risk activities, onboarding, risk assessments, vendor monitoring
• Implement policies and operating models for third-party and supply chain risk management
• Define and monitor outsourcing SLAs and enforce them
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on group outsourcing matters
• Oversee governance processes for outsourcing approvals and lifecycle changes
• Provide guidance on third-party risk management procedures and accountability
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare reports to senior management on status, risks, compliance, and metrics
