Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to support regulatory compliance and conduct risk across our global credit portfolio. You will partner with Product, Risk and Operations to embed regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle and governance framework.

The role focuses on translating regulatory changes into actionable operational requirements, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and driving remediation across markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of retail credit products and customer journeys.
• Experience in a first-line compliance, business compliance, conduct risk, or similar function.
• Ability to translate regulations into simple operational requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory compliance and conduct risk expertise to the 1LoD and liaise with 2LoD teams.
• Manage regulatory and conduct risk across global credit portfolios and lifecycle.
• Monitor emerging regulatory developments and drive implementation of changes.
• Contribute to controls, indicators, compliance policies, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee conduct risk activities including complaints, pricing, vulnerable customers, governance, etc.
• Review breaches and incidents, partner with local teams to investigate and remediate.
• Lead compliance assurance activities and coordinate internal audit and regulatory reviews.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Operations and others to embed regulatory requirements into product design and governance.
• Support NIAP reviews and other governance activities with local managers.
