Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an outbound calling project in Lisbon. You will contact existing and potential customers by phone to present electricity and gas service packages.

The role includes initial training, a dynamic working environment, and an opportunity to develop your communication and sales skills while delivering useful solutions to customers.

Formación

• Excellent spoken English and/or Portuguese with clear articulation.
• Able to present solutions and handle objections professionally.
• Willingness to learn about energy packages and sales techniques.
