Siemens Energy is seeking a Project Manager focused on Artificial Intelligence and Automation to drive digital initiatives across supplier quality, procurement, and business functions. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions, and deliver measurable impact across international projects.

The role requires a Master’s degree and several years of project experience in a global setting, with travel up to 25% and strong stakeholder

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Several years of project management, digital transformation, process optimization, or automation experience in an international environment.
• Strong execution, stakeholder management, and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of AI, Generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and data-driven process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions and tools such as Copilot, Power Platform, RPA, SQL, Python, or Snowflake.

• Lead AI and automation initiatives from ideation to implementation with measurable business outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases across Supplier Quality, Procurement, and Business Areas.
• Oversee roadmaps, business cases, KPIs, timelines, resources, and risks; manage stakeholders.
• Coordinate international cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and digital experts to validate pilots and drive data-driven decision making.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead AI and automation initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring sustainable adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases across Supplier Quality, Procurement, and multiple Business Areas, fostering alignment and scalable implementation.
• Manage project execution by overseeing roadmaps, business cases, KPIs, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while contributing expertise in AI-enabled solutions.
• Coordinate international cross-functional teams and external partners, translating business requirements into practical digital solutions and real-world implementations.
• Leverage hands-on experience with AI and automation technologies to validate concepts, support pilots, and promote data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project management, digital transformation, process optimization, or automation within an international environment.
• Strong project execution, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• A solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and data-driven business process improvement, with the ability to translate challenges into scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, configuring, piloting, or implementing AI-driven solutions, ideally with exposure to tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, RPA, SQL, Python, or Snowflake.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent collaboration and communication skills, a proactive and structured mindset, and a willingness to travel globally up to 25%.
