act digital in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting, and manage file-based interfaces.

In this role you provide Level 3 support, perform root cause analysis, monitor data processes for accuracy and compliance, collaborate with HR and IT, and document procedures.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with file integration and file manipulation processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Nice to have Level 2 Support experience.
• Strong understanding of the Oracle HCM Data Model.
• Experience integrating Oracle HCM with payroll, talent management, recruitment, or workforce management solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM extracts, HDL, HCM Data Loader, or BI Publisher.
• French B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal/external systems using OIC.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.
• Manage and support file-based integrations, including inbound and outbound interfaces, data transformation, and file processing.
• Provide Level 3 support for Oracle HCM integrations, investigating and resolving complex incidents and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve integration stability and performance.
• Monitor integration processes, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality integration solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
