mc2i is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to support HRIS transformations and deployments for key clients. You will manage functional and integration aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud, drive best practices, and ensure smooth collaboration with business and IT stakeholders across multiple modules.

You hold a Master’s degree and have experience in HRIS, preferably with Oracle HCM Cloud. Strong analytical skills, autonomy in project work, and excellent English are essential for success in

You will support our key account clients in their HRIS transformation projects, existing HR system evolutions, and Oracle HCM Cloud deployment or migration initiatives, across one or several of the following phases:

  • Definition of the target solution and gap analysis;
  • Review of existing HR processes and functional scoping;
  • Support for solution design and functional specifications;
  • Monitoring of configuration, interfaces and integrations;
  • Change management and user adoption support;
  • Deployment assistance;
  • Functional support and guidance to help users fully leverage the tools.

More specifically, as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant, your role will be to support stakeholders in managing, implementing and continuously improving Oracle HCM platforms for our clients.

Your main responsibilities may include:

  • Acting as the interface between HR business users, IT / Product teams, AMS teams, system integrators and Oracle, while ensuring compliance with agreed service commitments;
  • Advising users and recommending appropriate solutions while promoting Oracle HCM Cloud standard capabilities;
  • Ensuring long‑term maintainability of the solution by limiting custom developments, leveraging Oracle best practices, and maintaining up‑to‑date documentation;
  • Ensuring the technical and functional consistency of the HRIS ecosystem, including interfaces with internal and third‑party systems;
  • Coordinating, prioritizing and monitoring enhancement requests in order to maximize business value for end users;
  • Managing the backlog of incidents, defects and service requests, while ensuring SLA compliance from AMS and support teams;
  • Overseeing Oracle HCM Cloud maintenance and support activities to ensure smooth delivery and service quality;
  • Managing the relationship with Oracle and project partners;
  • Supporting testing, UAT, deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization phases;
  • Contributing to deployment, transformation and migration projects across the different components of the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

Your profile

You hold a Master's degree (engineering school, business school, or university) and have completed training and/or gained initial experience in the HRIS ecosystem, ideally around Oracle HCM Cloud.

You are open-minded, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

You have a genuine interest in HR information systems, especially digital HR solutions in an Oracle environment.

You bring the following skills and qualities:

  • Functional, and ideally techno‑functional, knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud across one or several modules;
  • Familiarity with the Oracle ecosystem, especially integration topics involving other HRIS components, and ideally Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, OTBI / BI Publisher reporting, or data loading mechanisms;
  • Good understanding of key HR processes such as core HR administration, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, learning, or talent management;
  • Ability to work autonomously while thriving in project‑based environments;
  • Strong team spirit and the ability to build trusted relationships with both business and IT stakeholders;
  • A pragmatic and results‑driven mindset, with rigor and determination to drive topics through to completion;
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or traditional project approaches;
  • Good command of English, enabling you to work in international environments;
  • Curiosity, service orientation and strong listening skills, which are essential to succeed in this role.
