Inetum Portugal is seeking an analyst to support loan trading operations, ensuring timely processing of primary, secondary and distressed trades. You will create trades in ClearPar, coordinate with internal teams and counterparties, and review trade documentation to support efficient settlement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Knowledge of Middle Office Operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support settlement of primary, secondary and distressed loan trades, and loan TRS transactions.
• Create and maintain trades within ClearPar.
• Coordinate with internal teams, counterparties and agents to ensure timely trade completion.
• Prepare and review LSTA/LMA trading documentation.
• Review Credit Agreements and Amendments to support trade execution.
• Monitor trade settlement status, perform reconciliations and escalate delays.
• Prepare reports on unsettled trades and risk indicators.
• Monitor corporate events impacting settled/unsettled trades.
• Contribute to process improvement using Excel-based tools and automation.
