PrimeIT is seeking a Junior Derivatives Analyst to join our team in Lisbon on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on monitoring delivery product types and ensuring smooth reconciliation and communication with clients, brokers, and CCPs.

English proficiency is mandatory. The salary package ranges from €920 to €1,500 base, plus a food allowance and flexible benefits, reflecting a growing need in our derivative operations team.

We are looking for a Derivatives Analyst (Junior) for this project! What are we looking for?

Main Tasks:

• Monitoring the different types of delivery products;
• Clearing Houses vs Back Office Reconciliations check (margins, payments, positions);
• Be the 1st point of contact for all counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) with regards the delivery process;
• Interact with all needed internal and/or external entities in order to get additional information for unidentified entries; and maintain Communication Channels with internal business teams;
• Escalate unresolved open items to the Team Leader; understand the risks inherent to the daily activity and the existing Control Framework to mitigate the risks identified and take corrective measures/actions along with the Team Leader.
• Identify, assess, monitor and control the risks of the activity
