Batgroup in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Team Lead (French-speaking) to stabilize and grow a German/French-speaking operations team. You will lead on the floor, oversee attendance, coaching, and daily dispatches, while maintaining Swiss-quality service and strong accountability.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in team leadership within customer service or operations, fluency in French (C2) and English (C1), and a practical, hands-on approach to process improvement.

Formación

• Language mastery: French (C2) and English (C1).
• 2+ years as Team Lead or Supervisor in Customer Service/Operations.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Structured attendance and performance management approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a multilingual team of agents on the Lisbon hub floor.
• Oversee attendance, shift planning and dispatch optimization for Swiss-market operations.
• Escalate and resolve complex cases with empathy while coordinating with remote senior management and HR/IT.
