Bimplus seeks a Senior Projects Manager / Operations Manager to lead delivery across multiple construction programs from Lisbon. You will drive strategic growth of a major TECH account from 30M to 300M and manage client relationships through bid, tender, and execution phases.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to coordinate diverse workforces, and a track record delivering complex main-contracting projects. Expect extensive travel across the US and Europe as projects progress.

Are you a Senior Projects Manager or Operations Manager looking to take a strategic view across multiple projects and too be involved at work winning and execution stages?

Can you grow and develop a Major TECH account from €30 to €300 Million.

What we need is someone with the delivery skills to build trust with a client and management and the people skills to set themselves apart.

Do you thrive on getting projects over the line , finding solutions to problems that arise and exceeding expectations. You will have the ability to prioritize workload and tasks. This will involve spinning multiple tasks and have the conviction to see things through and over the line whilst managing harmonious relationships.

We are supporting a Leading European Technology Main Contractor that turn over in excess of €1.7 Billion in this sector. They have a fair market share but they know they can take on more profitable work with the right characters driving the business plan.

This role is based from Lisbon, Portugal and will involve high levels of travel in the US & Europe as you deal with all manner of tasks before ground is broken on site.

You will be responsible for:

Package:

• Basic salary range : €130,000- €170,000 Gross
• Fully expensed accommodation
• Flights to home country within Europe every 3-3.5 weeks (workload dependent)
