Bimplus seeks a Senior Projects Manager / Operations Manager to lead delivery across multiple construction programs from Lisbon. You will drive strategic growth of a major TECH account from 30M to 300M and manage client relationships through bid, tender, and execution phases.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to coordinate diverse workforces, and a track record delivering complex main-contracting projects. Expect extensive travel across the US and Europe as projects progress.

Qualificações

• Track record delivering building projects for recognized Main Contractors.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple workforces and project teams.
• Ability to make decisive decisions that could affect program.
• Strong EI and people skills.
• Capable to push delivery 20–25% faster and safer than competitors.

Responsabilidades
