Emma – The Sleep Company invites you to join our dynamic B2B Supply Chain teams across Quality & Process Excellence, Production & Planning, Logistics and Operations. You will analyse processes, support forecasting and production scheduling, coordinate with suppliers, and drive improvements.

Work with a diverse, international team to optimize workflows and deliver excellent results. This role emphasizes hands-on contribution, data-driven decisions, and a fast-paced environment with opportunities

Qualificações

• English communication skills are required.
• Strong data analysis and numerical insight abilities.
• Process-driven mindset focused on workflow optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative.
• Available to start within two months.

Responsabilidades

• Support B2B Supply Chain teams across Quality & Process Excellence, Production & Planning, Logistics, and Operations.
• Analyse operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Assist demand forecasting and production scheduling to maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain operational dashboards and report performance improvements.
• Collaborate with customer excellence to ensure client satisfaction.
