Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a Global Operations Intern to help move Emma’s products across markets, from forecasting to warehousing and last mile delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

The role combines Demand Planning, Production Excellence and Logistics, offering hands-on experience with Excel and Power BI, and a competitive monthly package of 1250€ with benefits.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Good English communication skills.
• Data analysis skills and numerical mindset.
• Process-driven and proactive in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support forecasting, production, warehousing and delivery planning across markets.
• Build demand forecasts and translate into production plans.
• Coordinate schedules with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory performance and identify stock risks; propose actions.
