Job summary

knok is seeking a Business Operations Associate to support onboarding, go-live, and ongoing project coordination. You will help build dashboards, monitor daily activity, and address operational issues promptly while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires Portuguese and English fluency, up to 2 years experience, and a proactive, data‑driven approach to improving processes. Caparica, PT involvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese and English with clear written and spoken communication.
• Availability to travel when required.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience or recent academic background in Business Operations or related field.
• Internships are valued; able to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder collaboration capability.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, onboarding and go-live of new projects.
• Assist in managing operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Help create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor daily activity and performance.
• Provide reactive support by addressing operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting alignment and smooth communication.
• Contribute to structured processes that drive operational efficiency and customer success.
