knok is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients, monitor performance, and translate client needs into concrete actions and solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, hands-on approach, and experience working with financial and operational indicators. Fluency in Portuguese and English, plus 3–5 years in a related field, is essential.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Business, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business models, value drivers and how operational decisions impact performance.
• Experience managing client relationships and communicating confidently with different audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into recommendations.
• Comfortable working with financial metrics including revenues, costs and margins.
• Strong organizational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with ownership to drive actions through to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present information clearly.

• Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as trusted partner.
