Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish market. This fully remote role in mainland Portugal combines customer support, account assistance, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting for a leading streaming platform.

You will work in Spanish (Castilian) and English (B1), on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Occasional on-site visits to Lisbon may be required, with training provided.

Your Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (Castilian) and intermediate English (B1).
• Depending on the assigned market, additional fluency in Basque, Catalan/Valencian, or Galician may be required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Confidence using digital platforms and computer systems.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Availability to reside in mainland Portugal.
