What You Will Do

• Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional assistance to streaming service members via phone, email, or chat.
• Problem Solving & Account Management: Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.

Who We Are Looking For

• Language Requirements: Full fluency in Castilian (Spanish)and English (B1 level), alongside fluency in Basque.
• Profile & Qualities:
  • Passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and digital entertainment technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, 24/7 rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Work Details

• Workplace:On-site.
• Schedule:Full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch break) on a 24/7 rotational shift pattern.
• Contract:12-month foreseeable term contract, transitioning to permanent employment after 2 years, with a 1-month trial period upon signing.
• Holidays:Includes Portuguese public holidays (compensation day provided if worked). You receive up to 20 days vacation in your first year (proportional to start date) and 22 days per calendar year thereafter.

Compensation Details

Option 1: With Company Provided Apartment

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,059.33 / month
• Total Compensation Package (including benefits-in-kind): €1,259.33 / month
• Base Salary: €776.00 / month
• Christmas Allowance: €64.67 / month
• Holiday Allowance: €64.67 / month
• Meal Allowance: €154.00 / month (€7 per working day)
• Apartment Benefit-in-Kind Value: €200.00 / month

Option 2: Without Company Provided Apartment

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,262.33 / month
• Base Salary: €950.00 / month
• Christmas Allowance: €79.16 / month
• Holiday Allowance: €79.16 / month
• Meal Allowance: €154.00 / month (€7 per working day)

(Note: Taxes and 11% Social Security are withheld according to your individual tax profile. Meal allowances are issued via a dedicated HR debit card for tax-exempt use at supermarkets and restaurants.)

Outstanding Extra Benefits

• Free Accommodation Option: A private room in a fully equipped, modern company-rented apartment for up to 14 months (available for candidates living >100 km from the workplace). All utilities (water, gas, electricity, cable TV, Wi-Fi) and fresh bedding upon arrival are fully covered.
