You will support the global resilience team, develop and revise continuity plans, and ensure critical IT services remain available during incidents.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong foundation in IT Operations and Risk Management frameworks.
• Familiarity with resilience planning tools and incident response processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, measure, mitigate, report, monitor and manage significant risks.
• Support Crisis Management, Incident Management and Business Continuity activities.
• Contribute to development and execution of BC/ITSC plans and tests.
