Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executar contratos de compra/venda e processar faturas através dos sistemas internos.
• Gerir inventários e confirmar a entrada de mercadorias nos armazéns.
• Gerar relatórios de controlo de pagamentos vencidos e de provisões.
• Selecionar e registar novos contrapartes no Master Data Management.
• Colaborar com equipas de contrato e comerciais para cumprimento de prazos.

Job Purpose

Complement Execution and Operations desk in Rotterdam with all required administrative tasks and input.

Responsibilities

• Execution of purchase/sales contracts (checking of received documents, creation of shipments in Trading One, processing of incoming/outgoing goods invoices through Trading One and IAM, issuing of insurance through AON, issuing of supporting documents, document presentation to warehouses/clients,);
• Processing of service invoices through Trading one and IAM;
• Inventory management (inbounds): loading of cargo to corresponding warehouse stock (the Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, USA), creation of inventory excel-file;
• Monthly inventory checks with warehouse according to CIL policy;
• Reporting and control of overdue payments, accruals, other reports as per requested.
• Check of execution of the contracts within contract period in cooperation with Contract-desk & commercial teams;
• Providing support and necessary documents/information for the audit requests.
• Register new counterparties into our Master Data Management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international business, international relations, logistics;
• An experience in a similarposition is required (International Business & administration);
• English language fluent both written and spoken;
• Able to work on their own initiative, under time pressure and in a methodical, detailed and accurate fashion;
• Very clear and precise communicator both verbally and in writing;
• Team Player possessing ability to work and integrate with other teams;
• Strong interest for the commodities business with a first experience.
