Job summary

A COFCO International procura um Senior Accountant para gerir a contabilidade de entidades estrangeiras segundo IFRS, com experiência em SAP BPC e apoio ao Controlling e FP&A. O papel envolve fechamentos mensais, trimestrais e anuais e colaboração estreita com equipas de finanças.

REQUISITOS: Licenciatura em Contabilidade, 3–5 anos de experiência, Inglês obrigatório, Excel avançado, capacidade de trabalhar com vários fusos horários.

Responsibilities

• Gerir contabilidade end-to-end de entidades estrangeiras segundo IFRS.
• Rever SAP BPC antes de submeter à consolidação.
• Relatórios de tesouraria e dados para Taxação.
• Apoiar Business Controlling e FP&A com números financeiros.
• Preparar orçamento anual e previsões periódicas.
• Analisar variações entre resultados reais e orçamento.
• Realizar análises mensais de B/S e P&L.
• Preparar números para demonstrações financeiras de grupo.
• Cooperar com auditores externos e pesquisas regulatórias.
• Suportar outros projetos e consultas conforme necessário.

Job Purpose

• Manage end-to-end accounting for large foreign legal entities according IFRS;
• Assist corporate queries;
• Responsible for monthly/ quarterly and annual close processes;
• Provide information to Business Controlling for management and FP&A reporting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for local accounting system processes for BS and PL;
• Review SAP BPC before submission to Group Consolidation;
• Responsible for Treasury reporting requirements;
• Work with Tax department to provide financial data for Tax reporting purposes;
• Responsible to provide financial numbers support for Business Controlling and FP&A;
• Responsible to prepare and coordinate the annual budget and periodic forecast processes;
• Responsible for budget monitoring and analysis of actual results versus budget, including identification and explanation of key variances;
• Perform month-on-month analysis of balance sheet and profit & loss accounts, providing insights on significant movements and trends;
• Responsible to prepare the figures for the group level financial statements and queries from statutory audit;
• Responsible for preparing the figures for external auditors and local regulatory surveys;
• Support other queries, projects, and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Academic Degree in Accounting;
• At least 3-5 years of work experience finance;
• EN language (mandatory;
• Microsoft Excel (mandatory);
• Ability to multitask and set priorities;
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles;
• Pro-active approach to their work;
• Integrity and trust;
