Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced DevOps specialist to design, deploy, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on-prem and cloud environments. You will build robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD, and implement IaC with Terraform and Ansible.

You’ll collaborate with development teams to onboard apps, promote Cloud-Native practices, and ensure platform reliability with Prometheus/Grafana/ELK.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6 years in a DevOps role, with containerized environments.
• Strong OpenShift administration, security, operators, and routing knowledge.
• Proven IaC experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficient in CI/CD and GitOps tools: ArgoCD, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Excellent Linux (Red Hat/CentOS), networking, security knowledge; scripting in Python/Bash/Go.
• Fluent written and spoken French; ability to collaborate with internal teams.

What will you do?

• Design, deploy, administer, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters, on-premises and/or in cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD to automate application deployments.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Terraform and Ansible for configuration and infrastructure scripts.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, facilitating application onboarding onto OpenShift and fostering Cloud-Native practices.
• Establish and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure platform high availability and performance.
• Integrate DevSecOps principles by embedding security requirements into CI/CD pipelines and OpenShift configurations (e.g., vulnerability scanning, network policies).
