Aubay Portugal is seeking a senior DevOps expert to design, deploy, administer, and optimize OpenShift clusters across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will build robust CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD, and craft Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible to streamline configuration and deployment.

Joining a hybrid Lisbon team, you will enable development teams, enforce security into CI/CD (DevSecOps), implement monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK, and

Qualificações

• Six+ years in a DevOps role with containerized environments.
• Mastery of OpenShift administration, security, operators and routing.
• Infrastructure as Code with Ansible and Terraform; CI/CD with ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Proficient Linux knowledge (Red Hat/CentOS) and networking basics.
• Scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or Go.

What will you do?

• Design, deploy, administer, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD, to automate application deployments on OpenShift.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible for efficient configuration and infrastructure management.
• Provide expert support and enablement to development teams, facilitating application onboarding onto OpenShift and fostering Cloud-Native practices.
• Implement and optimize comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure high availability and performance of the platform.
• Integrate and enforce security best practices (DevSecOps) within the CI/CD pipelines, covering vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and access control.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 6 years of successful experience in a DevOps role, with a strong specialization in containerized environments.
• Advanced mastery of Red Hat OpenShift, including administration, security, operators, and routing, alongside the broader Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Strong expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform, coupled with proficiency in CI/CD and GitOps platforms like ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Excellent knowledge of Linux systems (Red Hat/CentOS), network protocols, and fundamental IT security principles.
• Demonstrated ability to script and automate tasks efficiently using languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in French (B2 level or higher) is essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
