Finom Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Risk & Reporting Lead in Europe. You will establish and operate a robust risk management framework to support safe growth, regulatory readiness, and informed decision-making.

Initially hands-on, the role will scale into leading the enterprise risk and reporting function as the company grows across Europe. The candidate should have 6–10+ years in risk management, a finance/ Economics background, and strong analytical skills to translate risk data into clear

Qualificações

• 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, regulatory risk, or a related discipline within a regulated financial services or banking environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, including Risk Appetite, RCSA, scenario analysis, stress testing, and ICAAP.
• Experience working with regulatory expectations relevant to banks or payment institutions, including capital, liquidity, and operational risk requirements.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and interactions with supervisors, auditors, and internal governance bodies.
• Professional risk or finance certifications such as CFA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex risk and financial data into clear, concise management and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy, while also collaborating effectively across functions and building strong working relationships.
