Standex International Corporation in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an FP&A intern to support budgeting, forecasting and monthly results reporting within the Corporate FP&A Team. You will gather data, build dashboards in Excel and Power BI, assist with OneStream consolidation, and document requirements with internal stakeholders.

1–2 internships/academic projects welcomed; English proficiency required. Opportunity to grow into more complex analyses with exposure to senior management.

Qualificações

• Academic Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Computer Science.
• 1-2 years of experience (internships and academic projects included)
• Strong Computer skills to effectively use software to analyze financial information.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)

Responsabilidades

• Support reporting and consolidation activities in OneStream, in coordination with senior colleagues and external consultants.
• Help gather, document and clarify business requirements, processes and workflows with internal stakeholders.
• Collect, organize and analyze financial and operational data to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Help prepare monthly reports and variance analysis, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for the finance and business teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and the automation of recurring reporting and forecasting tasks.
