GoCardless in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a data-driven role focused on experimentation to accelerate revenue growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to test changes in the core product and influence product decisions through quantitative analysis and insights.

The role emphasizes ownership of experiment processes, KPI design, and advanced analytics including SQL, Python/R, and data visualisation to guide senior stakeholders and drive business metrics.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in fast-paced, product-driven teams with strong communication of insights to stakeholders.
• Self-starter, results-focused, with proven use of analytics to drive product growth.
• Deep experience owning and developing experiment processes, including running A/B tests and understanding experimental design.
• Experience creating compelling data visualizations that influence decision making and business understanding.
• Advanced SQL and intermediate Python/R skills; ability to leverage AI to enhance analysis and automate tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Influence the roadmap for product & growth teams through data-led insights and recommendations.
• Own and iterate on experiments to generate user insight and drive business metrics.
• Define KPIs, track metrics, and identify leading indicators of user behaviour.
• Mentor others to become data-driven and improve organisation-wide data coverage.
• Build models of user segmentation and lifetime value to inform strategic decisions.
• Innovate on the practices and tools used to deliver the right insights at decision points (A/B testing, SQL, Looker, amplitude, Python, Gemini AI).
