GoCardless in Portugal is seeking a data-driven product leader to build and scale AI/ML-powered payment success features. You will leverage our network data to drive self-learning solutions that improve merchant payment performance.

You’ll own the product vision, translate customer insights into data-driven outcomes, collaborate with data platform teams, and empower sales and support with clear positioning of the Success+ product.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in building and scaling AI/Machine Learning-powered features within fintech or payments.
• Track record translating complex customer pain points into successful, high-impact products.
• Ability to define a forward-looking product strategy, informed by data and trends.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and how to shape technical direction.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for GoCardless’ payment-success products.
• Translate insights into customer needs and data-driven solutions.
• Partner with Data Platform teams to build the foundational data layer powering performance.
• Enable sales and support to clearly articulate the competitive strengths of the Success+ product.
