Landskill is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at the Carnaxide office. You will contribute to a fast-paced service desk environment, assisting users with MAC and Windows configurations, VPNs, and networking basics, while delivering reliable IT support on-site in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in Computer Information Systems.
• Experience in MAC and Windows configurations.
• Experience in MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
• Experience in Google Suite and Atlassian products.
• Experience in VPN configuration.
• Knowledge of networking and WiFi configuration.
• Conferencing technologies experience is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications.
• Availability to work fully on-site - Carnaxide office.
• Ability to communicate in English.
