Gleeds is seeking a professional to manage technical documentation for a large-scale data centre construction project in Sines, Portugal. You will ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, well-organised, and accessible to stakeholders to support timely delivery.

You will maintain and update document control procedures, coordinate with the project team for submissions and approvals, train users, and drive process improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience in document control management within the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of document control processes and systems.
• Experience setting up workflows for RFIs.
• Expert user in Autodesk Construction Cloud; proficiency in Bluebeam.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and train others.
• Excellent English; eligible to work in Portugal.
• On-site availability in Sines, five days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining and updating document control procedures and systems.
• Coordinating with the project management team for timely submissions and approvals.
• Monitoring document workflows and compliance with standards.
• Providing training and support on document control processes.
• Conducting regular revisions to improve document control.
• Liaising with client, contractors and stakeholders for submissions/approvals.
• Preparing and distributing document control reports.
• Verifying standards compliance.
• Remaining within the remit of the role.
