Winthrop Technologies is seeking a skilled Document Controller for a large-scale data centre project in Sines, Portugal. You will manage and control all project documentation, track revisions, distribute to stakeholders, and support QA/QC and HSE activities to ensure compliance with IMS standards.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organisational and communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar site-based role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; high IT literacy is essential.
• Experience with knowledge management or document control systems is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Manage, organise and maintain all project documentation.
• Control document workflows and revision records.
• Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure access to latest versions.
• Support QA/QC, and HSE initiatives through document audits and compliance.
• Generate regular reports on document status and overdue items.
• Liaise with external consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with standards.
