Heerema Marine Contractors in Porto is seeking an Installation / Removal Engineer to contribute to offshore installation projects from concept through execution. You will develop safe, practical methods and translate complex challenges into executable solutions within multidisciplinary teams.

You will support wind, transport & installation or decommissioning lines, collaborating across engineering disciplines, and travel internationally as required to deliver complex offshore projects safely and

Qualificações

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Maritime Engineering.
Experience in engineering, project preparation and/or execution of offshore projects.
Affinity with offshore installation, heavy lift or transport & installation operations.

Responsabilidades

Develop offshore execution methods and installation procedures.
Select equipment and design lifting and installation arrangements.
Prepare engineering deliverables for offshore installation projects.
Support project execution, including offshore phases when required.
Prepare and coordinate subcontractor scopes of work.
Collaborate with project, structural and installation engineers across disciplines.
Contribute to safe, efficient and innovative offshore operations.
