SBM Offshore seeks an Offshore Technical Manager to lead Asset Integrity & Operations from Senhora da Hora, Portugal. You will drive reliability, maintenance, inspection, and management of change while delivering safe, compliant and efficient offshore operations for FPSO/FSO assets.

You will mentor technical teams, coordinate multi-disciplinary projects, and integrate new technologies to optimize uptime and performance in a challenging marine environment.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in marine and/or offshore petrochemical industries.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process safety in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with FPSO/FSO unit operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical department and oversee maintenance, reliability, inspection, integrity and management of change programs.
• Drive operational excellence to achieve production targets and optimize asset performance.
• Mentor and guide technical staff; coordinate multidisciplinary teams on projects and maintenance activities.
• Lead integration of new technologies to improve efficiency and uptime.
