Job summary

Robert Bosch in Lisbon seeks an Ow n Operations Expert for Corporate Office Sustainability, Environment, Health and Safety. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing EHS strategies, policy deployment, and risk assessment across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in engineering or natural sciences and at least 5 years of relevant experience in occupational health, safety, and environmental protection. Fluency in English and Portuguese is expected.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of EHS regulations and management, incl. ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong analytical and risk-assessment skills.
• Strategic thinking and policy deployment skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex issues target group-specific.

Responsibilities

• Drive the occupational health and safety strategy.
• Drive the environmental protection strategy focusing on waste and pollution.
• Analyse CSRD and transfer it to corporate action.
• Assess requirements, developments and risks in occupational safety, fire and environmental protection.
• Support in policy deployment and KPI tracking and monitoring; derive measures in case of deviation to safeguard audits.
• Continuous development of the associated management systems.
• Develop skill development and training on EHS topics.
• Counsel and support business units on EHS topics.
• Integrate AI-driven solutions in the department’s projects.
