Job summary

Bosch Group in Lisbon seeks an expert to lead Corporate Office Sustainability, Environment, Health and Safety for Own Operations. You will steer EHS strategy, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will collaborate with global teams, develop training on EHS topics, integrate AI-driven solutions, and support audits. Fluent Portuguese and English required; German is a plus. This role offers career progression, health benefits, and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or natural sciences.
• 5 years of professional experience in occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
• Sound knowledge of EHS regulations and management, incl. ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Business fluent Portuguese and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the occupational health and safety strategy for Own Operations.
• Drive the environmental protection strategy, focusing on waste and pollution.
• Analyse CSRD and legal requirements and translate into corporate action.
• Assess requirements, developments and risks in occupational safety, fire and environmental protection.
• Support policy deployment and KPI tracking; derive measures to safeguard audits.
• Develop training on EHS topics and advise business units.
• Integrate AI-driven solutions in department projects.
